A bit about me

I work with clients who are coming to therapy seeking relief. Reief from intrusive or obsessive thoughts, relief from tired family dynamics, relief from falling into the same cycles of dating, relief from the anxiety and stress of being a person today. To me, therapy isn’t about immediately feeling better but sifting through what makes us uncomfortable, what feels difficult, what causes the tears--we are in this space to work on the relationship that we often forget to prioritize--the one we have with ourselves.

I received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University after having previously received a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Skidmore College. My background in Social Work combined with my training as a Restorative Justice facilitator lead me to seek a field of work that is about connection, compassion and self reflection.

As a therapist I draw upon different modalities that I have trained in as well as seek consultation to further support myself and my clients as needed. I believe that therapy should be equitable and accessible for all people. In the current climate we face, many peoples rights are under attack—as a clinician I stand with my clients always and will work to protect their identities and future.
