I approach therapy through a collaborative and compassionate lens. At the center of our therapy is your story and I am here to work on it with you. I engage with a non-oppressive and compassion based approach and draw from different modalities including Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness and CBT.

I offer both online and in person sessions. I believe that cost should never prohibit someone from receiving quality care. With that in mind, I operate on a sliding scale and will do my best  to ensure that therapy cost is not a stressor in your life.
