Take 50 minutes and take up some space

Therapy isn’t just about solutions, it’s about engaging in a process of examining our internal narratives. We all have stories that we tell ourselves, often I find that people come into therapy because those narratives no longer serve them. I approach therapy as an opportunity to re-author your story, removing judgement, adding in compassion and leaning into the process. This work can be both fulfilling and frustrating, with moments of both realization and regression—I am here to celebrate those moments of relief and hold space for the times when you feel stuck too.

My Approach

    COMPASSION

I am not here to judge you, and I am definitely not here to listen to you judge yourself. The compassion I have towards you is care towards all the parts, the most messy and the most magical.

    ACCOUNTABILITY

Sometimes we have to be honest with ourselves—looking inward means seeing parts that are hurting and bringing our attention to them. It means showing up for ourselves even when the work is hard because our desire for change is greater than what is standing in our way.

    HUMOR

Because sometimes, we just have to laugh.
